SSt Mary the Virgin church is set in a peaceful rural location next to an ancient motte and bailey, the church is in the conservation area of this small village situated in the north west of Herefordshire.

This grade I listed church is mainly 13th and 14th century with later alterations. Of particular note is the Tudor painted ceiling.

The church has a community pub and shop nearby.
